We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst – Fund Operations to oversee end-to-end fund transaction processing, investor capital activities, equity distributions, and operational controls across alternative investments and private credit portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, private credit operations, structured finance, asset servicing, or alternative investment operations. Strong hands-on experience with the Geneva platform, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and an understanding of complex fund structures are highly desirable.
In this role, you will provide operational leadership, manage complex reconciliation exceptions, oversee fund accounting activities, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and controlled execution of fund operations. You will also contribute to process improvements, governance, risk management, audit readiness, and system implementation projects.
